During a recent meeting, the discussion turned toward what to do when it’s evident that the customer is not ready to move forward. One of the participants immediately chimed in and said, “My philosophy is SW-SW-WN.”


Then, he looked at me and asked, “You know what that stands for, right Marvin?”


I responded, “I have no clue.”


The gentleman explained that it’s an acronym for “Some will, some won’t, whose next?” How true! That’s definitely the right attitude to take when you determine you are in a not now scenario.
